About the Program
Personalized workouts designed to be done anywhere at anytime of the day. We will focus on bodyweight workouts that will help you gain muscle and lose fat, without the weights. You can sign up for a more hands-on experience and sign up for one-on-one sessions (online or in-person) or you can try a slightly less hands-on experience and sign up for my 8-week plan that provides a workout program and nutrition guide so you can do it on your own. *Each one-on-one session is tailored specifically to each individual based on their physical ability, thus, the first session is generally used to get weight, measurements, and a knowledge of your goals and physical abilities. This "meet-and-greet" session is completely free. *I do not offer singular sessions, but rather have 8-16 week packages of sessions that can be determined based on your current time availability, goals, and skills. **Please get the clear to workout from your doctor before beginning your first session
Cancellation Policy
Personal training sessions that are not rescheduled or canceled 24 hours in advance will result in forfeit of the session and a loss of the financial investment at the rate of one session ($40-$55).
